Yashna and Joel - Wedding in a lockdown
So, we all remember all those ikky lockdowns in Brisbane during covid? And remember when that one lockdown was announced at 11am on a Saturday morning, with a deadline of 4pm? While everyone was rushing around picking up groceries, and getting kids home and sorting out their next few days at home, Yashna and Joel were getting ready on their wedding day. Queue panicked phone calls, vendors rushing to start things earlier and all their guests getting to the venue early so they could get married and have a bit of a party before the lockdown. And you know what?! They pulled it off and that room was full of so much love and joy and it was a testament to their strength as a couple that they didn’t let it ruin their beautiful day.
