A beautiful sunshine engagement session on Mt TamborineRead More
Little Frankie was the star of the show at his parent’s maternity session. He had no idea and he would soon be sharing his home with a little human sibling. Jean and James have since welcomed a little boy in to their world and I’m sure that Frankie is doing a stand up job of his big brother duties.
A Jimboomba Newborn session. Sweet Zoe was exactly a week old when I spent the morning hanging with her, her adoring parents and her fur sisters and brother. What a beautiful thing it is to welcome a tiny human in to your home. A home that is already filled with the love of fur babies. It is such a gift when children are able to grow up with animals. Introducing a newborn to the mix needs to be done slowly and with patience but dogs are so quick to adapt and I could tell Zoe was very loved and part of the pack already. Unfortunately just a few days after this session sweet fur-sister Willow passed over the rainbow bridge. Her loss will be felt immensely but it is lovely to know they will have these photos forever to remember those first few days as a full family of six.
Sweet baby Aamed just wanted the cuddles when I visited him and his family in May. Big sister Zara was so sweet with her new little brother, eager to help and be involved. I have photographed this family before, along with the extended family of aunt and uncles and grandparents and I couldn’t love them more. Aamed is so lucky to be born in to such a wonderful family and I look forward to seeing him grow.
A wonderful blended family wanted to get some professional photos to put up in their newly renovated home. The love these children have for their stepmum (and that she has for them) is just so beautiful. I’ve had Steve and Anita in front of my lens before but it felt extra special to be asked to photograph the whole family this time around. We got everyone out of bed early to go to one of my favourite north Brisbane locations, Shorncliffe Pier.
